    On behalf of the Bruce E. Haney Charitable Fund, it is a pleasure to welcome you to the second and final Bruce Haney Annual Charity Golf Outing.     To make the Bruce Haney Charitable Golf Outing a success, many hours have been spent in planning this year’s event.
